Jun 20, 2006 11:40 AM 17/06-20/06 Staff | Test Surface Conditions: 1-3ft waves Visibility: poor 70-10ft Temperature: 82° Current: none On Sunday we said good by to Helen's Medical Seminar and welcomed 2 new groups - DJ Scuba and G-Unwaco - who will be with us for this week.
The visibility has been slightly less than usual, but it hasn't stopped the divers from seeing the pristine underwater sites of Bloody Bay Wall and the tiny critters it protects within it. Hiding between the abundant soft corals that decorate the sea floor we've spotted Flamingo Tongues, Pederson Cleaner Shrimps, Bearded Fireworms and even the odd Seahorse (to name but a few). Reef Sharks have been a little more curious lately and have been spotted coming closer to the reef as well as seeing the more usual Barracuda, Eagle Ray, Grouper, Nurse Shark, Turtle and Southern Sting Rays. Come back soon and read the reports of exactly what our two dive groups saw this week on Bloody Bay Wall. CommentsCategory: General | Posted By: Dive Master |
