When you check in you will be asked to complete a number of forms and return them to the dive shop. These are also available for download here if you wish to complete them prior to travel. Please note that the Diving Medical is only required for students participating in PADI Training courses whilst at the resort. However, it does act as a health-check reminder for those who may have experienced health problems since their certification and need approval from their doctor before diving.
