Standard Cancellation Policy

 
If Reservation is Cancelled Penalty
More than 30 days prior to arrival $25 per person
29 to 15 days prior to arrival Deposit is forfeited
14 to 8 days prior to arrival 50% of total booking
7 days prior to arrival No Refund
7 days prior to arrival No Refund


IF TRIP PROTECTION HAS BEEN PURCHASED:

  • Land Portion of Reservation can be cancelled for any reason up to 7 days prior to departure to receive a full refund less the Trip Protection fee of $75 per person
  • Reservations cancelled less then 7 days of departure will be completely non-refundable
  • Cancellation must be sent to us in writing
  • No portion of the air package will be refunded
  • Trip Protection is non-refundable and must be paid for at time of deposit
